Co-captain Rory Darge and lock Grant Gilchrist have been recalled to the Scotland starting XV for Saturday’s Six Nations clash against France at Murrayfield.
Darge, who will lead the side alongside Finn Russell, and Gilchrist return to the team after Luke Crosbie and Richie Gray were ruled out of the remainder of this season’s Championship.
They were both injured in Scotland’s thrilling 27-26 tournament-opening win over Wales in Cardiff last week.
